Recipe Ingredients for Seafood Gazpacho


For the bread:
22 g water
2 g yeast
120 g flour
100 g water
4 g salt
4 cups low sodium chicken broth
8 large tomatoes - peeled, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cucumber, peeled and finely chopped
1 green bell pepper, minced
6 1/2 ounces chopped clams
4 ounces tiny shrimp
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/8 tablespoon salt

Recipe Directions for Seafood Gazpacho

  1. Combine water, 4 tomatoes, bread, and oil in a large stock pot. Set aside.

  2. In a food processor or blender, blend half of onion, garlic, cucumber, and green pepper to a paste. Stir into the stock pot.

  3. Using a hand mixer, blend until ingredients have a watery, pinkish consistency. Alternatively, process in a blender or food processor until smooth. Add vinegar, and season with salt.

  4. Add in remaining half of chopped vegetables
