Recipe Ingredients for Seafood Enchiladas

24 oz Crabmeat
16 oz Cheese Regular
0.141 oz Red Hot Sauce
10 tortillas Old El Paso Taco Shells Hard and Soft
4 tbsp Sour Cream
4 oz 1% Partly Skimmed Milk
1 serving Paprika Smoked
1 serving White Pepper

Recipe Directions for Seafood Enchiladas

Brake apart crab meat and set aside. On top of stove melt the milk, cheese, sour cream, red hot and spices. Stir constantly until thoroughly melted. Reserve approx. 3/4 cup for top of enchiladas. Stir cheese mixture into crabmeat to coat. Then, place 1 large scoop or 2 tab. seafood mix in center of shell. fold-up and place seam-side down in 13x9" pan; lightly sprayed with cooking oil. Put remaining cheese sauce over top enchiladas, sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
