light version of Chi Chi's light enchiladas

Recipe Ingredients for seafood enchiladas

1 cup skim milk
10 oz 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 cup, chopped Onions
16 oz Crab Delights Flake Style
7 oz Cheddar and Monterey Jack 2% milk
4 flatbread Light Original

Recipe Directions for seafood enchiladas

  1. mix soup onion and dash of nutmeg and pepper

  2. divide into two bowls

  3. in one bowl add crab and 1 cup of the cheese put 1/3 cup of mixture into 1/2 of flatout roll and place in pan.

  4. add milk to remaining soup mixture and pour over and microwave on high for 12 minutes take out and sprinkle with remaining cheese
