Recipe Ingredients for Seafood Curry

12 oz fozen seafood mix
2 cups fat free low sodium chicken broth
1 1/2 cups fat free evaporated milk
1 tsp curry powder
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp water
2 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Seafood Curry

  1. Mix everything except water and cornstarch in a soup pot and heat until almost boiling.

  2. Mix cornstarch with very cold water. Add some of the hot sauce to the water and cornstarch. Add the cornstarch mixture slowly into the sauce while stirring. Continue to heat the sauce until it thickens slightly.

  3. Serve over rice.
