1.7 cup, chopped Onions
6 clove Garlic
1 cup Instant Mashed Potatoes
8 fl oz Light Original Soymilk

0.25 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Cream, Fluid, Heavy Whipping
0.125 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
3.5 serving Chicken Broth
12 oz Pollock
16 oz Lump Crab Meat
16 oz Shrimp

Recipe Directions for Seafood Corn Chowder

  1. Combine all ingredients except instant mashed potatoes and dairy.

  2. Cook 3-4 hours on low or 4-8 on high. Add remaining ingredients and serve.
