Recipe Ingredients for Seafood chowder soup

8 cups clam juice
8 oz chopped lobster
1 lb large shrimp
1 lb bay scallops
16 oz crabmeat
1 large onion
2 cups sweet corn
1 1/2 lbs potatoes
2 stalks celery
3 cups tomatoes
1/2 cup diced carrots
1/2 cup diced parsley

Recipe Directions for Seafood chowder soup

cook celery, onion and carrot until soft add clam juice and potatoes, and everything except meat. cook until potatoes are soft, add meat, cook until done. add Parsley at the end.
