Recipe Ingredients for Seafood Chowder

3 potatoes, diced
500 grams clam meat
1 cup clam nectar
184 grams tuna
113 grams crabmeat
284 ml mushroom soup
284 ml celery soup
155 grams sole
2 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup corn
1/2 cup cauliflower
3/10 cup red bell pepper
4 oz brandy
1 tomato, medium

Recipe Directions for Seafood Chowder

  1. Dice potatoes and cook in the water. Drain clams and add the juice while cooking.

  2. Peel tomato and chop fine; add to the mix.

  3. Add other ingredients and heat through. Add mushroom and celery soups last and simmer for 15 minutes.
