Recipe Ingredients for seafood chowder

1 cup, chopped Carrots
1 cup, diced Celery
1 cup Potatoes, Boiled
4 serving Cooking Stock
8 oz Shrimp Boiled 6 Large
8 oz Crab, Dungeness
8 oz Sea Scallops
1/4 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
2 tbsp Canola Oil, Refined, Organic

Recipe Directions for seafood chowder

Saute veggies in oil until potatos are just finished. Stir in flour and cook for 3 minutes. Add stock and boil. Add seafood and simmer for 10 minutes.
