Recipe Ingredients for Seafood Choppino

2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp garlic
2 cups tomatoes, chopped, stewed
2 cups low sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup carrots
1 tbsp basil
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp oregano
1 cup water
2 lbs shrimp
1 lb bay scallops
10 oz. clams
1 lb tilapia

Recipe Directions for Seafood Choppino

  1. Combine all ingredients, except seafood. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.

  2. Stir in shrimp, scallops, clams (with juice) and any other favorite shellfish. Stir in fish. Bring to a boil.

  3. Lower heat and simmer 5 minutes.
