Shrimp and Scallops in a white wine cream sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Seafood Casserole

2 cups Chicken broth
4 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
1/4 teaspoon Season Salt
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
2 tablespoons Pinot Grigio Wine
2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
2 teaspoon Lemon juice
14 oz cooked shrimp
16 oz bay scallops
3/4 cup bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for Seafood Casserole

  1. heat chicken broth, whipping cream, salt, garlic, wine, parmesan, lemon juice and scallops in a large skillet.

  2. When heated through, add 1/2 cup of the bread crumbs.

  3. Let heat 2-4 minutes longer

  4. Measure into 4 oven-safe dishes

  5. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of bread crumbs over the 4 dishes.

  6. Bake in 375 degree oven for about 15 minutes
