Recipe Ingredients for Seafood Brodetto

14 oz Shrimp Cooked
7.6 oz Wine, Table, White
18.6 oz Tilapia, raw
28 oz Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
4 tsp Garlic
1 medium Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Seafood Brodetto

Saute onion, celery and garlic in olive oil. Add mushrooms and simmer 10 minutes. Add wine, fish and tomatoes. Simmer 15 minutes. Garnish with celery tops.
