Recipe Ingredients for seafood bake

12 large shrimp
6 ounces bay scallops
1/3 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/3 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest

Recipe Directions for seafood bake

  1. line baking dish with spinach

  2. top with scallops and shrimp

  3. pour lemon juice over seafood

  4. mix remaining ingredients and top seafood

  5. bake at 425 till seafood is opaque approximately 20 minutes
