I adapted this recipes from allrecipes.com. I used precooked shrimp and lobster tails.

Recipe Ingredients for Seafood Bake

1/3 cup diced onion
6 oz. haddock fillet
8 oz. lobster tail
4 oz. shrimp
1/2 cup white wine
5 tbsp butter
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp flour
1/2 cup cracker crumbs

Recipe Directions for Seafood Bake

  1. Dice onions and cook in skillet with 3 tbsp butter. Add flour and heat until bubbly, then add 1/4 cup cream and stock or water if too thick. Add salt, pepper, seafood seasoning and garlic powder. Mix in white wine to thin out.

  2. Mix onion sauce with seafood and place in casserole dish.

  3. Melt 2 tbsp butter and mix with cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over top of seafood.

  4. Bake at ~400 for 20 minutes or so until bubbly.
