Alfredo Rotini with clams, shrimp and king crab

Recipe Ingredients for Seafood Alfredo

106 g Clover Leaf Small Shrimp, drained
142 g No Name Whole Baby Clams, drained
227 g SeaQuest King Crab flavoured Alaska Pollock, drained
1/2 (45g) Green Pepper, small cubes
152 g white mushrooms, sliced
1/2 lb (250g) pasta, dry
2 tbsp (30ml) butter
3/4 cup (175ml) milk
30 g ClubHouse Alfredo sauce mix

Recipe Directions for Seafood Alfredo

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a medium sauce pan, add milk, butter and sauce mix.

  3. Bring to a boil over medium heat, whisking constantly.

  4. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.

  5. Stir in shrimp, clams, crab, pepper and mushroom.

  6. Stir in pasta, cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes
