This is a great salad topper or just a snack to toss in your mouth.

Recipe Ingredients for Sea Weed Munchies

2 c sunflower seeds
1/4 c kelp
2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Sea Weed Munchies

Sunflower seeds should be unhulled and soaked overnight and drained. Be sure to use double the amount of water for the seeds. This recipe would require 4 c water to 2 c seeds. Once soaked, add your sea vegetables and salt. Mix and place onto teflecx sheets and dehydrate for at least 5 to 6 hours or until crunch. Be sure that your temperature is less than 105 degrees.
