small sea bass fillet on top of green lentils with celery, baby leeks, spinach and collards... i also added some cumin for flavour.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for sea bass and green lenils

  1. cook green lentil as per package instructions.

  2. fry, chopped leek, celery in olive oil in frying pan. add cut up pieces of collard and lastly spinach.

  3. drain lentils, rinse and add to frying pan along with other ingredients. Fry or bake small sea bass fillet. Serve on top of lentils with vegetables.
