Recipe Ingredients for Sea Bass with Asparagus

24 oz Sea Bass, Mixed Species
12 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) Asparagus
4 oz Mushrooms, Shiitake
3 tsp Ginger Root
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Mirin (rice cooking wine)

Recipe Directions for Sea Bass with Asparagus

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Lay out 4 12 inch squares of aluminum foil on a counter and place a fillet in the middle of each one. Scatter the asparagus, mushrooms, and ginger on top of the fish.

  2. Drizzle each fillet with soy sauce and mirin and season with a small pinch of salt and black pepper.

  3. Fold the foil over the ingredients and crimp the edges to seal. Place the packets on a large baking sheet and bake 20-25 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets.
