Recipe Ingredients for Scratch Peanut Butter

450 g Dry Roasted Peanuts, no salt
42 g Coconut Oil
84 g Agave Nectar

Recipe Directions for Scratch Peanut Butter

  1. In a food processor: pulse until smooth 300g dry roasted peanuts. When a smooth ball forms, add 42 g coconut oil & 84 g agave nectar. Mix until smooth. Add 150 g dry roasted peanuts and pulse until this addition of peanuts is coarsely chopped.

  2. Yield 564g peanut butter (approx: 25 servings)
