Recipe Ingredients for Scratch Pancakes

1 cup all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1 cup original almond milk unsweetened
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbls raw sugar

Recipe Directions for Scratch Pancakes

  1. mix egg, milk, vanilla, in large bowl

  2. mix flour, baking powder, salt in separate bowl

  3. add flour mixture into egg mixture

  4. stir till mixed and slightly lumpy

  5. use 1/4 cup measuring cup to pour onto pan- about 1/4 cup mix per pancake
