Use a loaf of French bread instead of 16 slices of bread- only used sliced because analyzer didn't recognize French bread.

Recipe Ingredients for Scramblewiches

16 slices bread
8 eggs
1/2 cup milk
6 oz cheddar cheese
4 oz provolone cheese
4 oz swiss cheese
4 oz pastrami, sliced
4 oz ham, sliced
4 oz turkey, sliced

Recipe Directions for Scramblewiches

  1. Slice large loaf of french bread in half lengthwise. Scoop out most of the middles leaving 2 long "boats."

  2. Soft scramble eggs with milk, and a little cayenne pepper- then divide in half, spreading one half evenly inside each of the boats.

  3. Layer the sliced meats and cheeses across the tops of the boats, covering eggs.

  4. Cook under broiler for 2-3 minutes to melf cheese, then slice each boat into 4 sections and serve.
