Recipe Ingredients for Scrambled tufu

59 1/2 grams Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.5 medium Onions
4.445 oz Tofu, Firm

Recipe Directions for Scrambled tufu

Spray your choice of oil onto a skillet and saute the chopped onion and chopped green pepper together. Crumble the tufu. Add this to the skillet ust before taking this up add the tofu and shake on some tumeric and stir until the desired color. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy your healthy alternative to scrambled eggs.
