A tasty vegan version of scrambled eggs.

Recipe Ingredients for Scrambled Tofu

14 oz Tofu, Firm
0.5 tsp Paprika
1 serving Garlic Cloves
0.25 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
3 tsp Turmeric, Ground
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Cumin
0.25 cup Yeast, Nutritional T6635
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1 cup Spinach

Recipe Directions for Scrambled Tofu

  1. Cook onions until soft in olive oil.

  2. Add garlic.

  3. Add all seasonings

  4. Deglaze pan with 1-3 to 1-2 Cup of water

  5. Add crumbled tofu

  6. heat through

  7. Season to taste with salt and Pepper.

  8. Sprinkle with Nutritional Yeast
