Recipe Ingredients for Scrambled Tofu

1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, chopped
3 tsp garlic, minced
19 oz tofu, crumbled
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
16 tbsp chunky salsa

Recipe Directions for Scrambled Tofu

  1. Saute onions in oil 2-3 minutes.

  2. Add garlic and saute 2-3 minutes.

  3. Add spices, stir through and slightly toast. Add splash of water to deglaze.

  4. Crumble tofu into pan. Stir and cook about 15 minutes.

  5. Add lemon juice and nutritional yeast, stir through and cook 2 minutes.

  6. Pour over chunky salsa, cover and cook through about 2 minutes. Serve.
