Vegan substitute for scrambled eggs

Recipe Ingredients for Scrambled tofu

16 oz. tofu
1 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp dried dill
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Scrambled tofu

  1. Drain tofu and crumble in a bowl.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir until combined.

  3. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until yellow and heated through.
