Recipe Ingredients for Scrambled Tofu

1 block firm tofu
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp nutritional yeast

Recipe Directions for Scrambled Tofu

  1. Drain tofu and dry as much as possible

  2. Heat oil in skillet over med-low heat

  3. Crumble tofu into skillet and saute to dry out

  4. When tofu starts to turn golden, add onion and garlic. Saute until onion is translucent.

  5. Add nutritional yeast and allow it to melt in.

  6. Sprinkle turmeric over tofu for more color.

  7. Spray soy sauce over tofu.
