3 serving Trader Joe's High Protein Organic Tofu
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1/4 teaspoons Sea Salt
2 serving Tumeric
1 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Scrambled Tofu "eggs"

Put a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet on medium heat. Dice and then squish firm tofu with a potato musher in the skillet. Sprinkle with spices and stir until yellow. Eat!
