Recipe Ingredients for Scrambled Omelet

0.5 cup Spinach
4 large Egg, Whole
0.25 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
0.25 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.25 Medium Tomatoes
0.13 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter

Recipe Directions for Scrambled Omelet

Chop up veggies, Heat pan, add butter, add eggs then the veggies and cheese. Sprinkle salt and pepper and cook until to your liking of don.
