4 egg whites
1 large egg
1 oz fat-free milk
1 tsp margarine, soft
30 g Bread, Whole-wheat, Commercially Prepared,
2 tsp margarine, soft]
3 oz fat-free milk

Recipe Directions for Scrambled egg+whites with toast

  1. Beat together egg, whites and 1 oz. milk

  2. Melt 1 tsp margarine in pan and cook/stir until firm

  3. Spread 2 tsp margarine on toast and drink remaining milk
