Recipe Ingredients for Scrambled Eggs with Veggies

3 large Egg, Whole
1 serving Recipe Beginnings (Onions, Celery,Pepper)
0.25 cup pieces Mushrooms
1.5 oz Whole Milk
1/4 tsp Seasoned Salt
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Scrambled Eggs with Veggies

  1. Saute the Veggies in 1Tbsp. bacon fat if available, or coconut oil for about 5 minutes until crisp tender.

  2. Mix eggs milk and spices, then pour on top of veggies.

  3. Cook about five minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until set.

  4. Serve Immediately
