1 egg
1/2 cup fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup frozen spinach
1/4 cup onion
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tomato
2 tbsp parmesan cheese

  1. Saute mushrooms and onion in olive oil.

  2. Add egg.

  3. When egg is partially cooked, add spinach and tomato.
