Great nutritious egg recipe for breakfast. I sometimes like to use mix yellow, green and red peppers and replace olive oil with virgin coconut oil. Enjoy!

Recipe Ingredients for Scrambled eggs with spinach

2 eggs
3 cups of fresh baby spinach
1 garlic clove (crushed)
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp diced red peppers
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Scrambled eggs with spinach

Sautee spinach, peppers, garlic in small frying pan. Drizzle whipped eggs onto pan and mix together.
