Scrambled eggs with spinach and mushrooms

Recipe Ingredients for Scrambled eggs with spinach and mushrooms

6 eggs
6 egg whites
2 T Flax seed meal
1 pint mushrooms
1 box frozen spinach
1/2 cup onion, chopped
5 T wheat germ

Recipe Directions for Scrambled eggs with spinach and mushrooms

  1. MIx eggs with flax seed, in blender or bowl.

  2. Spray large pan with olive oil spray; saute mushrooms and onions.

  3. Add thawed, drained spinach, and cook until heated.

  4. Add eggs, and scramble.
