2 large Egg, Whole
4 large Egg, White
1 oz Kirkland, Smoked Salmon
5 sprigs Dill Weed, Fresh
1 dash Pepper, Black
2 slice Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat

Recipe Directions for Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon

  1. Ingredients:

  2. ? 2 whole eggs

  3. ? 4 egg whites

  4. ? 1 ounce smoked salmon, cut into thin strips

  5. ? Freshly ground black pepper

  6. ? Fresh dill or chopped chives for garnish

  7. Preparation:

  8. Whisk eggs and egg whites together. Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray. On a low to medium heat, gently cook eggs until curds begin to form. Use a flexible spatula to move the eggs around. Just before the eggs are set, stir in the salmon. Remove from heat promptly. Serve with a toasted whole wheat English muffin.
