3 eggs
1/2 cup 2% milk
1/2 cup parmesan
1 cup roasted peppers

Recipe Directions for scrambled eggs and roasted veggies

Use fire-roasted peppers from Trader Joes and mic for 1 minute saute for a couple minutes, mix with eggs and milk throw some parmesan on top.
