Recipe Ingredients for scrambled eggs

2 eggs
1 tbsp margarine
1 tsp olive oil
1 1/2 tsp chives
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp sea salt

Recipe Directions for scrambled eggs

  1. using a stainless steel pan preheat to a low heat

  2. add olive oil

  3. add two eggs before oil heats through

  4. using a rubber spatula add margarine and stir

  5. stir constantly, removing from heat and putting back to prevent eggs from cooking too quickly

  6. when close to cooked through remove and add in chives salt and pepper

  7. serve on sourdough toast drizzled with olive oil
