Recipe Ingredients for Scrambled Eggs

16 tbsp Egg Whites
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
4 oz Red Bell Pepper
2 oz Maple
1 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

Recipe Directions for Scrambled Eggs

You can saute in your choice of oils or use a no calories substitute like Pam and a non-stick pan. Chop all ingredients and add to the pan and saute for a few minutes. When your veggies are soft, add your egg beaters.
