Scrambled eggs with veggies and cottage cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Scrambled eggs

2 egg whites
1 egg
1/8 c red bell pepper
1/4 c baby spinach
1 slice onion
2 T cottage cheese
1/4 c fat free milk

Recipe Directions for Scrambled eggs

  1. Crack eggs and discard 2 egg yolks. Whisk in bowl. Add milk and whisk again. Add veggies and cottage cheese.

  2. Spray a little cooking oil in pan and heat on stove. Pour egg mixture in and cook til eggs are scrambled. Salt and pepper lightly.
