Scrambled eggs turned into an entree with lots of delicious veggies.

Recipe Ingredients for Scrambled Eggs

3 egg whites
1 small tomato
1/2 yellow pepper
1 tsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of basil
1 clove of garlic
1/2 cup of chopped onions
1 dash of black pepper
1/4 cup of shredded cheddar

Recipe Directions for Scrambled Eggs

  1. Crack 3 eggs into a bowl, separating the whites.

  2. Chop the tomato and onions and peppers separately.

  3. Pour one teaspoon of olive oil onto a frying pan on medium/low heat with the onions and crushed garlic clove. Fry until caramelized.

  4. Add peppers and chopped tomatoes. Season with the basil and pepper. Allow to steam for a minute or two.

  5. Add the eggs. Stir mixture until egg solidifies.

  6. Turn off heat and sprinkle cheese over mixture. Enjoy!
