Scrambled eggs with veggies and cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Scrambled Eggs

5 eggs
1/4 c onion
1/4 c peppers
1/3 c fresh mushrooms
1/2 c water
3 oz bacon
1 oz cheddar cheese
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Scrambled Eggs

  1. Fry bacon in pan until done

  2. Beat eggs together with water

  3. Chop vegetables into small pieces

  4. Add onion, mushrooms and peppers to bacon

  5. Saute until vegetables begin to soften

  6. Add egg and water mixture

  7. Cook until eggs are done, but not dry

  8. Sprinkle cheese on top and allow to melt a bit

  9. Serve
