Scrambled Eggs, slightly lightened but all the flavor.

Recipe Ingredients for Scrambled Eggs

4 large eggs
2 large egg whites
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 c skim milk
1 tbsp butter spread

Recipe Directions for Scrambled Eggs

  1. I use moove over butter, but the calorie count is for smart balance (they are similar in calories). Melt butter spread in pan over medium heat.

  2. Whisk together eggs, egg whites, milk, and salt.

  3. Pour in pan and scramble. Make sure to take off the head while the eggs still look undone, otherwise they will be overcooked.

  4. Grind some pepper over the top and eat.
