Recipe Ingredients for Scrambled eggs

2 cups diced onion
3/4 cup diced red potato
2 tbsp olive oil
2 oz cheese
4 medium eggs

Recipe Directions for Scrambled eggs

  1. put oil in skillet, heat and add diced vegetables.

  2. cook almost done and add mixed egg over top.

  3. Sprinkle cheese over everything and put in 350 oven for 15 minutes.
