Scrambled eggs with onion, green pepper, ham, and cheddar cheese, served with fried up potatoes

Recipe Ingredients for Scrambled Eggs & Potatoes (CowHurl)

6 large eggs, scrambled
3 oz. hickory smoked ham
1/3 green pepper
1/2 onion
1/4 c cheddar cheese
2 T extra virgin olive oil
2 potatoes, fried
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Scrambled Eggs & Potatoes (CowHurl)

Start the potatoes in a frying pan with a T of oil. Add a T of oil to another pan and throw in the peppers, onions and ham. Add the eggs....add the cheese....keep stirring those potatoes...add your salt & pepper. BAM!
