Recipe Ingredients for Scrambled Eggs with Peppers

2 eggs
1 tablespoon onion, chopped
1/2 tablespoon red pepper
1/2 tablespoon green pepper
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1 tablespoon cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Scrambled Eggs with Peppers

  1. In a large nonstick skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, saute the onion and peppers until tender.

  2. Pour eggs over the top; sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese, salt and pepper.

  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until eggs are completely set.

  4. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
