4 eggs
3 egg whites
1/4 cup 2% milk
1 oz pepperoni
1 oz provolone cheese
1 tsp butter

Recipe Directions for scrambled eggs with pepperoni and provolone cheese

fry pepperoni in a little butter, add scrambled egg mixture, cook until almost ready, then add small slices of provolone turn over once and chop up. Serve with toast or english muffins
