Scrambled eggs with veggies and egg beater.

Recipe Ingredients for Scrambled Eggs with onion/peppers/mushroom

2 eggs
1/2 cup egg beaters
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup green pepper
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/4 cup diced tomatoe
1 tbsp 2% cheese

Recipe Directions for Scrambled Eggs with onion/peppers/mushroom

  1. Saute veggies in olive oil

  2. Scramble eggs in pan sprayed with PAM

  3. Layer all ingredients onto a wrap

  4. Serve with bacon or sausage if you'd like
