1 egg white
1/4 cup skim milk
2 tsp cheddar cheese
1 medium mushroom
1/4 cup onion
1 slice salami

Recipe Directions for scrambled eggs with mushroom, onion and salami

  1. sautee thinly sliced mushroom, onion and salami (cut into strips) with optional tomato

  2. remove from pan and put aside. scramble egg and egg white with milk. add salt

  3. when eggs are thicker, add mushroom, onion, salami and cheese.
