1 small Onions
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
2 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Scrambled Eggs (a la mexicana)

Scramble the eggs on a bowl, add the salt. Fry lightly the onion, the tomatoes and the chili with a dash of salt on a pan, until the tomatoes are soft. Then add the eggs, mixing a little, until the eggs are ready.
