150 grams Egg, Whole
212 1/2 grams Beef, Ground, 90% Lean Meat / 10% Fat, Patty
100 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

Recipe Directions for Scrambled Eggs with Lean Ground beef

Fry up the GB in a skillet (I cover with a lid to steam it good and fast). Add diced tomatoes and let the beef get a nice bark on one side. The add 3 eggs (50grams each) and scramble. I like to add tabasco or cholula for some heat. You can eat off a plate or put in a low carb tortilla for a nice bfast burrito.
