2 teaspoons olive oil
3 eggs
1/4 cup chopped mushrooms
1 teaspoon Herbs De Provence
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Scrambled eggs with herbs and mushrooms

  1. Heat frying pan. Add olive oil and heat. Add mushrooms and herbs and saute.

  2. Scramble 3 farm fresh eggs from free range chickens with no hormone residue.

  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Add eggs to the pan and cook just until no longer "wet."
