Recipe Ingredients for Scrambled Eggs with Ham

6 eggs
1/3 c milk
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
60 g green onion
80 g kraft fat free cheddar cheese
1 tbsp butter
133 g Farmland cubed ham

Recipe Directions for Scrambled Eggs with Ham

  1. In a medium bowl beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper with a rotary beater.

  2. In a large skillet melt butter over medium heat, pour in egg mixture.

  3. Cook over medium heat, without stirring until mixture begins to set on the bottom and around the edge.

  4. Add ham

  5. With a spatula or a large spoon, lift and fold the partially cooked egg mixture so that the uncooked portion flows underneath. Continue cooking over medium heat for 2 or 3 minutes or until egg mixture is cooked through but still glossy an moist.

  6. Remove from heat immediately.
